What's included with my ticket?
Standard tickets include a 3-course meal, welcome drink, awards ceremony, souvenir programme, and access to the after-party until 1am.
What is the dress code?
This is a Black Tie event, but we positively welcome Cultural Attire! Dress to impress and celebrate your heritage.
Can I choose my table/seating?
Table bookings allow you to reserve seating for your group. Individual tickets are assigned seating based on availability. Contact us for special seating requests.
Is parking available?
Yes free parking is available nearby to the Bath Guildhall
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 6pm. We recommend arriving between 6:00pm–6:30pm for registration, welcome drinks, and to find your seat before the ceremony begins at 7pm.
Are children allowed?
Yes! We offer children's tickets (£30) for ages 12-17
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date. Contact us for assistance.
