Latoyah Henry is a dedicated Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) with Hertfordshire Constabulary, where she has served for five years. Throughout her tenure, Latoyah has been deeply committed to safety and building strong relationships within the community. In February 2025, she will take a significant step forward in her career by transitioning into the role of Police Constable, a move that reflects her passion for public service and her commitment to making a positive impact.

In addition to her role as a PCSO, Latoyah is also the lead for the Women of Colour in Policing (WoCiPBCH) within Hertfordshire Constabulary. In this capacity, she advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the police force, ensuring that the voices and experiences of women of colour are heard and valued. Her leadership in this area highlights her dedication to creating a more inclusive and representative policing environment.

Latoyah is also a proud mother of four beautiful children, who are her greatest inspiration and driving force. Her commitment to her family fuels her desire to serve and protect her community. As a mother, she understands the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for the next generation.

Latoyah’s motivation to join the police force stems from a deep-seated desire to be a catalyst for change. She is passionate about being a visible and relatable figure for young Black children, showing them that they, too, can achieve their dreams and aspirations. Latoyah believes that representation matters, and she strives to be a role model who inspires others to pursue their goals, regardless of the challenges they may face.
