Filming and Photography on the Night

Please be advised that filming and photography will take place during the awards ceremony. By attending this event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and otherwise recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, audio, visual, and video recordings.

Rights to Use Images and Recordings

By attending the awards ceremony, you grant us the unrestricted and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these images and recordings in any form, including but not limited to, promotional materials, social media, website content, and other marketing or publicity materials. This consent includes the right to edit, alter, and modify the images and recordings as needed.

Purpose of Use

The images and recordings will be used for purposes such as documenting the event, promoting future events, and highlighting the achievements and atmosphere of the awards ceremony.
