Thank you for your continued support and interest in the Bright Lights Awards Ceremony which is brought to you in partnership with the Royal Air Force.

Since announcing that this magnificent event will take place in Birmingham, The H Suite Banqueting Halls, 100 Iknield Port Road, Birmingham, B16 0AA, we’ve been impressed by the overwhelming interest it has generated! Once again, this will be the perfect opportunity to network and celebrate our achievements amongst our peers, friends, colleagues families, and friends – a unique occasion not to be missed.  This is a pioneering, prestigious, initiative which has been borne out of a simple vision; to create an occasion which would honour the very best achievements from African-Caribbean grassroots communities, communities which are often fraught with high levels of social and economic marginalisation.

This event is creating one of our most important annual proceedings, and we’re looking forward to meeting you on the night.

BOOKING DETAILS:

VENUE: The H Suite Banqueting Halls, 100 Iknield Port Road, Birmingham, B16 0AA  is a highly prestigious and visually impressive 600-seater venue with exquisite décor and soft carpeting throughout the adjoining halls and beautiful reception area.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: You will be pleased to know that there are a number of beautiful, and luxurious local  hotels, who have partnered with The H Suite to give our guests and delegates exclusive discount rates on rooms should they need accommodation when attending our event, such as the Hampton By Hilton, in Broad Street who are pleased to be able to offer guests and delegates at The H Suite’s events a 10% room rate discount, or the Delta Hotels with easy access from the hotel to and from the H Suite, which include plush pillowtop bedding, a flat-screen tv, high-speed Wi-Fi and in-room dining. 

TABLE BOOKINGS: Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (12 per table).  

PAID BAR: As well as a free drinks reception and table wine, there will be a paid bar with highly experienced bar staff.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Strict licensing rules requires anyone under 18 years of age to be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst at the venue.  

CANCELLATIONS: Refunds can be made up to one week of the event.

DRESS CODE: This is a black tie event.  African cultural attire is also welcomed and positively encouraged!
