Elloise was born in Coventry in 1995 and attended Coundon Court School and Community College, where she studied for her GCSE’s and A-Levels. Whilst studying for her exams, she was a member of the Air Cadets youth organisation where she achieved the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a NVQ in Public Services, completed her Gliding Scholarship as well as the Junior Leadership Course.

She also won Warwickshire and Birmingham Wings Sports Cadet of the Year, taking part in Swimming, Cross Country, Athletics, Netball and Hockey.
Elloise joined the Royal Air Force in 2015 and after basic Police training, her first posting was RAF Halton where she was employed in the General Policing Duties section. Whilst posted here, she was still involved with Air Cadets, volunteering in the evening at the local Air Cadet Sqn, conducting lessons on security, drill, and discipline.
In 2017, Elloise joined the RAF BAME Network, working with the Network promoting the RAF in schools in areas of London who were not familiar with the Service as well as who was eligible to join. She also took part in interviews for Black History Month, including one for No.10 Downing Street and represented the RAF and the BAME Network at the Festival of Remembrance on two occasions and at the Battle of Britain Service held at Westminster Abbey in 2020. Elloise has engaged with the public on various occasions to increase their awareness and knowledge of the career opportunities individuals from diverse backgrounds can achieve within the RAF.
In 2018, Elloise was posted to RAF Cranwell in Lincolnshire, before being seconded onto the Service Police Legacy Investigations Team, investigating historical war crimes, and being deployed to Minhad as part of the Air Transport Security team in 2020.
Upon her return from her deployment, Elloise specialised within the RAFP and moved across to the Specialist Police Wing, after passing the interview process and stayed there for a year before being posted on promotion in 2021 to her current unit at RAF Wittering.
As a teenager, Elloise took part in many sports, but a sport she had yet to attempt was Rugby, so she joined her local team after moving to Lincolnshire and after a few months of playing, represented the RAF Women’s Development Team in Rugby Union. She also represented the RAF Women’s Rugby League team in the 2019 Interservices match against the Navy. Throughout her career, Elloise has had a variety of opportunities and experiences, including scuba diving in Malta and Parachuting in Cyprus. She has completed a University Short Course in Leadership and Contemporary Debates with Exeter University and hopes to undertake a degree in Criminology and Psychology next year, alongside her primary role as a Protective Security Practioner.
