DIVISION OF WORK
Society runs on our dependency for one another for successful outcomes. We look for dependency outside from our family members, for example, for a community to function, there needs to be divisions of work such as bakers, barbers, engineers, butchers, house builders, transport operatives which includes taxi, bus and train drivers, a community of individuals for without whom many of our lives could be made very difficult which is why division of work is, therefore, a positive dependency on those with the necessary skill-set to provide us with the solutions.
Aside from our families, we have others we need to depend on and couldn’t do without them without making our own lives very difficult. A community work better together when the people are able to cooperate with one another and this sense of cooperation just like charity, begins at home.
